The Cue-Up Collective presents regular 'open-screening' events at Video In Studios (VIVO) in Vancouver. Since the first Cue-Up event in June of 2004, the collective has opened the floor to guests and resource people from the community. These presentations are followed with about an hour of open-screening from local producers, on a 'first come first serve' basis.
Cue-Up events happen on the last Thursday evening of the months January, March, April, May, September, October, and November. Check this blog's home page for updates on guests, dates and times.
The Cue-Up Collective also embarks on independent creative projects. In 2005, they produced Edit6, an 'add and pass on video collage', which was screened at the Video In Studios as part of SWARM6.
The current Cue-Up Collective is Lois Klassen, Jeff Languille, Wynne Palmer, Pierre-Andre Sonolet, and Lori Weidenhammer.
